Our Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) helps individuals with serious mental illness develop life skills, build social support, and maintain stability. The program promotes independence and confidence through daily structure and goal-setting. Our community based services include our Supportive Living, Permanent Supportive Housing, Montgomery County Case Management (MCCM) and Foundations Day Programs.
