Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP)
RRP offers safe, long-term housing with therapeutic and skill-building support for adults living with serious mental illness. Residents gain independence through daily structure, counseling, and case management, preparing them for self-sufficient living.
Community Based Services (PRP)
Our Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) helps individuals with serious mental illness develop life skills, build social support, and maintain stability. The program promotes independence and confidence through daily structure and goal-setting. Our community based services include our Supportive Living, Permanent Supportive Housing, Montgomery County Case Management (MCCM) and Foundations Day Programs.
Supported Employment Vocational Services (VOC)
Cornerstone’s Supported Employment & Vocational Services helps individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders build meaningful, sustainable careers. Employment promotes long-term mental and physical health by providing structure, connection, and purpose. Our clients thrive in diverse roles from small businesses to federal careers and many become entrepreneurs and leaders who pay it forward, proving that work is a cornerstone of recovery and hope.
Young Adult Services (TAY)
Transition-Aged Youth (TAY) programs guide young adults with mental health conditions as they transition into independence. Through coaching, education, and skill-building, participants gain confidence, employment, and housing stability while learning to manage their wellness in adulthood.
Studio In-Sight
Studio In-Sight is Cornerstone’s therapeutic arts and vocational program that transforms creativity into connection, healing, and growth. Designed for individuals living with serious mental illness, it offers a safe and supportive space where art becomes a form of therapy helping participants process emotions, manage symptoms, and build resilience. Through painting, drawing, and shared expression, individuals find their voice, form meaningful relationships, and replace isolation with belonging. Studio In-Sight proves that art is more than creativity—it’s a pathway to wellness, confidence, and community.
Clinic & Integrated Health Services (OMHC)
Cornerstone’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and Integrated Health Services bring mental and physical health care together to close the life expectancy gap for people with serious mental illness. Through therapy, psychiatry, and nurse-led care coordination, clients receive comprehensive support for both mind and body—building stability, wellness, and longevity.
Residential Crisis Services (RCS)
Residential Crisis Services (RCS) offers short-term, 24/7 support for individuals in psychiatric crises. The program provides therapy, medication management, and a safe, structured environment that promotes stabilization and successful transition back to the community.
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Assertive Community Treatment is an intensive approach to behavioral healthcare in the community. It features an interdisciplinary team that work together to serve individuals who have struggled to benefit from traditional outpatient services. The program aims to serve people who are dealing with homelessness, frequent use of hospitals, or those being released from hospitalization.
Integrated Health
Our Integrated Health program focuses on individuals with behavioral health needs who are at high risk for additional chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. These services are open to all participants in our Residential and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs.
