Starting June 23–July 11, our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic will pause new community applications to focus on our current waitlist. We will continue processing internal referrals. Also effective June 23, we will no longer accept Medicare Advantage plans—only Medicare Part B.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Assertive Community Treatment is an intensive approach to behavioral healthcare in the community. It features an interdisciplinary team that work together to serve individuals who have struggled to benefit from traditional outpatient services.

The ACT program aims to serve people who are dealing with homelessness, frequent use of hospitals, or those being released from hospitalization.
