HOW WE CAN HELP

PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM (PRP)

Offered on a drop-in basis in the person’s home, an on-site facility, or in a setting most conducive to promoting the participation of the individual in community life. Clients receive at least 6 visits per month from a Rehabilitation Counselor to enhance skills, independence, and access to community resources.
