Starting June 23–July 11, our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic will pause new community applications to focus on our current waitlist. We will continue processing internal referrals. Also effective June 23, we will no longer accept Medicare Advantage plans—only Medicare Part B.

This service is also offered to adolescents ages 5-17 who are coming out of a residential facility, with frequent inpatient, partial hospitalization, or ER visits, or involved with DJS, DSS, or has frequent school suspensions and an IEP/504 Plan. The IHIP Case Specialist works with the child, family, school and outpatient mental health providers to strengthen functioning and improve the child’s home environment. The IHIP Case Specialist, in conjunction with the child and caregiver, will develop goals based on the child’s needs. The first 45 days of the program are the most intensive. Once goals begin to be met, services become less intensive.
