I’m incredibly honored to have had the opportunity to represent Cornerstone in not one, but two recent media features that shine a light on the importance of mental health, leadership, and workplace wellness. I sat down with WTOP News and Kaiser Permanente as part of a special video series recognizing organizations that are paving the way in creating supportive, psychologically safe work environments. I also had the privilege of being featured on iHeartMedia’s CEOs You Should Know podcast, presented by M&T Bank—where I shared a bit about my leadership journey, our organization’s mission, and the values that guide our work every day.
