Diane (RPS) is a Program Manager in the Vocational Department at Cornerstone Montgomery. Diane has worked at Cornerstone Montgomery since 2010.  She is a graduate of Georgetown University where she majored in Psychology and Philosophy. 

Georgia Munson

Georgia started in the field in 1992 working with children and adolescents in the RTC settings at both RICA and Chestnut Lodge. After receiving her Masters at Radford University in 1998, she worked in both Foster Care, and CPS investigations.  In 2003 I began working with the adult population in acute inpatient care with Potomac Ridge which is now Adventist Behavioral Health, where she stayed until she joined the Cornerstone Montgomery team in 2013. 

Sharon Fischman

Sharon is an LCSW-C who has been doing Dialectical Behavior Therapy for 12 years. She has served in several capacities at Cornerstone Montgomery ranging from managing the clinic and crisis homes, to now a full time clinician in our clinics.  She is trained to lead groups and individual therapy and has been teaching DBT for over a decade.

Orie Snider

Orie has been at Cornerstone Montgomery for 23 years.  During that time he has worked direct service in both RRP and PRP programs. He has supervised an RRP program for 5 years, and is currently managing the PRP day program, and supported living programs.  

Nicole Briscoe

Nicole has been with Cornerstone Montgomery for 15 years in various roles within the agency.  She began as a residential counselor with one of our intensive group homes, and later transitioned into the role of site administrator at a blended site.  She remained in this position for 2 years before accepting a supervisor role in the residential program.

Cari joined the organization in the early 90’s and has held many positions spanning the entire organization. During her career she first worked as a Residential Counselor and Site Coordinator. After receiving her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Cari served as a Social Worker with John Hopkins Bayview's capitation program. She returned to us in 1997 as a Rehabilitation Program Supervisor, promoted to Rehabilitation Director and then Outpatient Mental Health Center Director. In 2008, Cari was again promoted to Chief Operating Officer and continued in this position until 2013 when she became the CEO of Cornerstone Montgomery. Cari is an experienced trainer and consultant for various evidence based practices. Cari is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery Class of 2016, a member of the Board of Directors for the National Council for Behavioral Health and Immediate Past President for the Board of Directors for the Community Behavioral Health Association of Maryland CBH)..
Nicole has 15 years of combined experience working with individuals suffering from chronic mental illness and substance who are receiving services in a hospital, residential treatment center, and in the community. She has advanced experience with adjudicated youth in a variety of placements, and more recently DC incarcerated youth.  She holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Maywood University, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Marywood University, and a PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behaviors from Capella University. Nicole currently serves as the Program Manager for Cornerstone Montgomery’s Training program and has over 4 years of experience facilitating Mental Health First Aid and is certified under the youth, veteran, senior, public safety, first responders and adult curriculum.

Maggie Chelbowski

Maggie has worked at Cornerstone Montgomery for 12 years.  She began her career as a residential counselor for 2 years and was promoted to supervisor of a PRP program for the last 10 years.  Prior to Cornerstone Montgomery she also worked as a residential manager for DDA.

Ed Naylor

Ed Naylor is the Program Supervisor for ITCOD.  He has been working at Cornerstone Montgomery for 12 years.  Previous to working with Cornerstone Montgomery, he worked as a Activity Coordinator with Devereux Children Center in Washington DC. 
Jennifer has worked for more than 20 years in various community health settings as a licensed clinical social worker and program administrator. Her work has focused on under-served communities, particularly newly arrived populations in settings such as Migrant Health Outreach Program, FQHCs, school based health centers and Physicians for Human Rights.   More recently worked at the Primary Care Coalition as Director of the Montgomery Cares Behavioral Health Program.  She is currently employed by Cornerstone Montgomery as the Director of Integrated Health.  Jennifer earned a B.A from Brown University and a Masters of Social Work and Masters of Public Health from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
